Rates are subject to change, and all rates are subject to a 3% forest service fee and a 5% Wyoming state tax. A 20% deposit is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due upon departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, traveler's checks, and money orders. Children 4 years old and under are free of charge and children 5 to 10 years old are half price. We provide wireless internet access for free to all our guests. Check-in time is at 3pm and check-out time is at 11am.
A 15%-20% gratuity is customary for good services. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added for parties of 8 or more, Holidays and Organized Events.
The Wyoming High Country Lodge does not accept personal checks.
Your credit card will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation 6 months or more, prior to your reservation date, a full refund will be issued minus a $10 processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 6 months of your reservation date.
Private lodge events/bookings will be required to put down a non-refundalbe deposit of 50%.
Wyoming High Country Lodge is not responsible for the weather and/or snow conditions during your stay. If you cancel your reservation on the day you arrive, you will be charged one night's stay for each member of your party on top of your deposit.
Dogs are welcome, in our cabins only, for a fee of $25 per dog. Dogs must not be left unattended out on the lodge grounds. If a dog is responsible for additional cleaning services or damage to the cabins, the dog's owner will be held responsible for covering any extra costs.
