At the Wyoming High Country Lodge, we craft our menu to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. We believe in market fresh ingredients, and cooking from scratch. It is our pleasure to serve, and we ensure that everyone leaves our table happy and completely satisfied at the end of each meal. Second helpings are always available, and dessert is offered every night. From down home barbecue to authentic Italian lasagna, we strive to please every palate. We are also very happy to accommodate those with special dietary needs or restrictions, and can easily prepare meals that are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten and lactose free.
Dining Times for Guests:
In the morning, coffee and cereals are available at 6am and breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. We either serve plates to order or a buffet, depending on how many guests dine with us.
A Pack Lunch is available for overnight guest. Please request this at breakfast so we can make it fresh for your adventure. We are no longer serving a hot lunch at the lodge but will have a selection of snacks for anyone that is starving!
Dinner is usually at 6:30 pm, and will be served individually or put out as a full buffet, depending once again on occupancy. Dinner is always a set menu, unless something is specifically requested. We also set plates aside for those who plan on staying out late.
Dining Times for The Public:
Breakfast is by RESERVATION ONLY
A hot lunch is no longer served but we will have snacks available for purchase for the general public from 8am to 6pm.
Dinner is by RESERVATION ONLY and must be made at least a day in advance. (Call for Info)

Public can stop in between 8am and 6pm. We have an assortment for snacks for walk-in guests to either heat up in the microwave or grab and go! We are no longer serving a hot lunch so plan accordingly.
Occansionally we will have homemade soups on the weekends for purchase.
